The Lifestyle Transformation & Healthy Habits Program is a 12-week pathway to nutritional and lifestyle wellness.
One of the most important steps in developing new, healthy, habits is to set goals for yourself. These courses involve lessons 1 through 12 with an opportunity to complete each lesson once a week to ensure a successful change within yourself. This healthy living plan includes:

As a Traditional Naturopath, I have lived the transformation myself. I know what it's like to be struggling with intense health issues with feelings of helplessness, overwhelm and lack of control. So, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and natural health approaches. That journey has enabled me to redesign and upgrade my life, and activated my eagerness to help others achieve the same.
I have spent years educating myself and studying natural health science and practices, becoming a Certified Traditional Naturopath. My mission is to inspire and guide others in their own personal healing journeys physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I combine ancient wisdom with cutting-edge knowledge and practical tools to help individuals restore balance, energy, and vitality in their lives.
